Biographical Info
Marvin L. Presnall earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Evergreen State College in Olympia WA (1997); Mr. Presnall has a Master’s of Arts (12/2013) from the University of Arkansas Little Rock (UALR School of Education) with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Marvin has worked with OSC Vocational Systems since December of 2003 and has provided vocational services at the request of the Department of Labor & Industries Washington State (L&I) since 1998. Marvin is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), registered as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Supervisor with L&I. Marvin specializes in providing services for WA injured workers who reside in other states and/or have higher complexity level claims (multiple injuries/claims, psychiatric, substance abuse, criminal backgrounds, English as a Second Language, etc.). Mr. Presnall is also a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.
