Neil Bennett, M.Ed., CRC, FVE, CEA provides professional services as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Case Manager with OSC Vocational Systems throughout the Greater Northwest and Puget Sound Region from all OSC Vocational Systems offices.
Neil entered his practice in Anchorage, Alaska in 1984 providing vocational rehabilitation and expert opinion services to the workers’ compensation and personal injury venues; this has grown to include both Washington and Alaska State Fund, Insured and Self Insured worker’s compensation, Longshore and Harbor worker, Veteran’s Administration, Long Term Disability and ERISA, Social Security Administration, and marital dissolution venues; wage loss evaluation and calculation of economic damages for plaintiff and defense counsel in civil litigation; he also provides Job Analysis and American’s with Disabilities Act assessment and modification, as well as case management and Long-term Care Plan development for catastrophic injury or long term health care needs.
Neil is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Disability Management Specialist and Forensic Vocational Expert. He has served as Commissioner to the Commission of Disability Management Specialists, President of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and is current President of the American Association of Rehabilitation Economics Association. He has presented on various topics to include Vocational Assessment and the use of Physical Capacity Examinations, Ethics, and Wage Earning Capacity Assessment.
