1951 – 2022
Sadly, Shuji Yamamoto passed away on February 7, 2022. Our friend Shuji had been a kind, spirited, joyful practicing Rehabilitation Counselor since 1993, and a member of our OSC family for over 16 years.
1957 – 2021
We are saddened at the passing of Mary Catherine Quinlan Hutchinson, M.A., CRC, on August 26, 2021. Mary was a dedicated Rehabilitation Counselor who was kind, compassionate and helpful to so many. We were honored to have her in our OSC family for 12 years.
1955 – 2019
We mourn the passing of Eric F. Bensch, M.A., CDMS, CRC, LMFT, PGAP on April 28, 2019. Eric was widely recognized as a compassionate, caring, calm soul who was helpful to so many. We were proud to have him in our OSC family for 17 years.

We mourn the passing of Christopher J. Parker, B.A., C.D.M.S. on February 23, 2017. Chris was a kind, thorough, hard working rehabilitation counselor. We were proud to have him in our OSC family for 8 years.
