Clinton Richmond has worked in vocational rehabilitation since 2009. He attended Western Washington University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Clinton is nationally board certified as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
He is experienced in the development of life care plans, analyzing wage earning capacity, and medical bill reviews. He has testified nearly 300 times in social security hearings as a vocational expert. He works with people in a wide range of services from vocational recovery services through retraining. He particularly enjoys doing on-site job analyses and coaching people through the progressive goal attainment program (PGAP). PGAP is a 10 week psychosocial barrier intervention program.
Clinton began his career working as a recruitment specialist / job coach for a non-profit organization, Work Opportunities, finding and maintaining employment for people with disabilities in Snohomish County.
