Biographical Info
Forrest graduated from Western Washington University in 2008 with a degree in Psychology. After college, he joined the U.S. Peace Corps in the Philippines, where he served for almost three years. He has a diverse work history that includes environmental conservation and management, wilderness firefighting, environmental education, trail building, landscaping, mechanic, customer service, video game programming, and music production.
Forrest also worked as a Claims Manager at L&I before joining OSC Vocational Systems in March 2024 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Intern. He is personally familiar with the impact of workplace injuries and how they can sometimes alter the direction and goals of one’s life.
In his free time, Forrest enjoys making music, gardening, and growing fruit trees, which he propagates to plant on his own property and to share with others.
