JOHN FOUNTAINE, M.A., CRC, CCM has been practicing as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and case manager for more than twenty five years. He obtained his Masters Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Case Manager. He has provided consultation, opinion and expert testimony in workers compensation, personal injury, wrongful death and marital dissolution cases. He is a recognized expert for the Social Security Administration, as well as a contracted counselor for the Veterans Administration. He prepares life care plans, independent living assessments and provides wage earning capacity and vocational assessments. He has been accepted as a vocational and life care planning expert in state and federal courts in Washington State, Oregon, California, Alaska and Hawaii.
