Judith Parker is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Case Manager, Life Care Planner and Damages Expert with OSC Vocational Systems, Inc. in Bothell, Washington. She has been practicing in the private sector since 1987 providing vocational assessments in a variety of venues.
Ms. Parker has provided consultation, opinion and vocational expert testimony in personal injury, dissolution, Social Security, workers compensation in Washington State, Oregon and Alaska, employment law and the Veteran’s Administration. Her specialties include life care planning, vocational assessment with wage earning capacity evaluation, and economic damage calculations. She holds national certifications from the Commission of Disability Management (CDMS), is a Diplomate with the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE-D), a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) and a Forensic Vocational Expert (FVE). She is a Past President of the American Rehabilitation Economics Association (AREA) and served for five years as a Commissioner with CDMS.
