Biographical Info
Justin is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) who is also a Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) coach. He started his career in vocational rehabilitation counseling in 2003, after earning his bachelor’s degree in human services from Western Washington University. From 2010 to 2025 he worked with injured workers in a Structured Intensive Multidisciplinary Program (SIMP) assisting workers managing chronic pain in successfully returning to work.
