Kate Wagner earned a B.A. in Psychology from Western Washington University in 1999.
She began working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with OSC Vocational Systems in 2000. In 2008, she accepted a position as a Vocational Services Specialist with the Department of Labor and Industries
in the Early Return to Work program where she coordinated return to work, performed ergonomic evaluations, and implemented job modifications for injured workers. Kate returned to OSC in 2015 and specializes in return to work coordination, assessment of ability to work, on-site job analysis of occupations, and worker retraining assistance. She possesses a Certified Disability Management Specialist certificate, obtained in 2007.
