Nicholas worked for eight years as an Oncology Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma, WA, where he gained extensive experience in patient care, advocacy, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2023, expanding his knowledge of human movement, rehabilitation, and return-to-work capacity.
In 2024, he began his career in vocational rehabilitation as an Intern Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with OSC Vocational Systems. He brings a strong healthcare background, a client-centered approach, and a commitment to helping injured workers navigate the vocational process and achieve meaningful employment.
